Roy Morgan staff in Melbourne have been locked out of their building following a dispute with their landlord over a lift.
Impact Funds Management, acting for the landlord, evicted the 70-year-old company from its Collins Street office on Sunday citing unpaid rent.
Roy Morgan said in a statement it had stopped paying rent because the landlord refused to discuss or attempt to resolve a dispute about a lift.

The de-activation of security passes and changing of the locks at the office was illegal and done without notice, Roy Morgan said in a statement.
