Passengers attacked on Melbourne tram

A drunk man has allegedly attacked four passengers on a Melbourne tram.
There are reports he threatened passengers with a syringe and hurled racist abuse on the tram in Docklands on Thursday night, leaving one passenger with minor injuries.
Police have arrested a 35-year-old man who will front court on Friday charged with assault, theft and public drunkenness.
