Pair sought over Melb street attack

A man knocked unconscious on a Melbourne street is still recovering from serious head injuries eight months after the brutal attack.

The 32-year-old was walking with a friend near Lygon street in the early hours of January 17 when a man approached and punched him in the face three times.

Police have released photo-fit image of the attacker, his car, and a woman he was walking with.
