Two injured men have appeared in court accused of killing another, whose body was found in a shallow grave in a coastal Victorian town.

Lawyers for the pair did not say how the men became injured.

Neither applied for bail and were remanded in custody to reappear in Melbourne Magistrates' Court for a filing hearing on November 3.

The pair were arrested last week along with Natalie Dalton, 36, who appeared in court on Friday is also charged with killing Mr Goodwin, 39.

Dalton was remanded to return to Melbourne Magistrates' Court for a committal hearing on March 23.
