All four residents of a Melbourne house are safe following a fire at the Brunswick weatherboard property.
Victoria Police say only two of the four people who lived at the home on the corner of Lobb and Beith streets were inside on Monday morning when the blaze broke out.
They escaped without injury and the fire is not being treated as suspicious, a police spokesman said in a statement.
