A Victorian police officer is set to lose his licence after failing a breath test in Melbourne overnight.
The off-duty leading senior constable blew .073 at a roadside test in Malvern after 11pm on Thursday.
Victorians who record a breath test result over .07 usually have their licence disqualified for six months and have an interlock device installed on their car when they return to the road.
