No to anti-women groups in Vic : govt
AAP
The Victorian government will be closely watching the movements of an anti-woman group which advocates for rape to be legalised on private property.
Deputy Premier James Merlino says rape is a crime, and the Return of the Kings' views are "vile and abhorrent and have no place in a civilised society".
He said while there were no specific avenues to stop the group meeting in Melbourne, Victoria police would closely monitor their actions.
