No outrage from PM over East West: Bowen

The Abbott government should stop reacting with outrage to the Victorian government's efforts to keep its election promise to scrap East West Link, Labor says.
There are reports $1.5 billion in federal funding could be withdrawn from Victoria as it was committed to the now-scrapped tollway.
"The government of Victoria was elected with a mandate to take certain actions and the prime minister seems outraged that they have taken those actions," Opposition treasury spokesman Chris Bowen told reporters in Melbourne on Wednesday.
