No obvious injury on Vic laneway body

A man found dead in a Melbourne laneway had no obvious sign of injury.

Police on Wednesday said they were awaiting the outcome of an autopsy and toxicology report.

A passer-by noticed the body in a St Kilda laneway on Tuesday morning.
