New Vic minister has heart surgery

Victoria's new planning minister is on leave after heart surgery.
Planning Minister Richard Wynne on Wednesday had surgery for a coronary condition, one week after the Labor government's new cabinet was sworn in.
Premier Daniel Andrews says Mr Wynne has recovered well.

Finance Minister Robin Scott will replace him until further notice.
