Victoria's new cabinet is sitting for the first time to discuss the state's policy and budget agenda.
New Premier Daniel Andrews told the cabinet that voters expected them to remove level crossings and get Victorians back to work.
"So with such a big agenda to implement, I suggest we get on with it," Mr Andrews said.

Labor won government on November 29, just four years after losing power to the coalition in 2010.
