Murder charge over missing Vic grandad

A man has been charged with murder and remanded in custody over the disappearance of a Victorian grandfather.
Keith Foggin, 47, was last seen in Bacchus Marsh, west of Melbourne, in late September preparing to drive to Queensland for a new job and to be near his daughter.
A Darley man, 45, was arrested and charged with one count of murder and has been remanded in custody to appear in the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Friday.
