Motorcyclist speeds through school zone

A motorcyclist has been allegedly been caught doing 145km/h in a school zone just as students were leaving for the day.

Officers tried to stop the rider in St Albans on November 16 but he almost hit them as he sped through the 40km/h zone.

A 33-year-old Delahey man was arrested on Wednesday night and is expected to be charged with numerous traffic offences, including reckless conduct endangering serious injury.
