More murder charges over missing Vic man

A fourth man has been charged over the murder of a Victorian man who was missing for more than three months before his body was found.

A 25-year-old Lake Tyers Beach man is due to appear in Bairnsdale Magistrates Court on Thursday, charged with murder, false imprisonment, kidnapping, aggravated home invasion and intentionally and recklessly causing serious injury.

Three men, aged from 21 to 53, have already been charged with murdering Bradley Lyons who was last seen on December 2 before a relative reported him missing nine days later.

His remains were found at a remote location at Fairy Dell, near Bruthen, on March 14.
