Six men charged over Vic tax fraud

Six men have been charged in Victoria over alleged tax fraud totalling $8 million.
Three men, aged 40 to 44, are due to appear in the Melbourne Magistrates Court after they were charged on Friday with conspiracy to cause loss to the Commonwealth from 2013-14.
Another trio was charged on Thursday and will reappear in court later in the year, with one of them also facing financial structuring offences.

It follows a one-year police investigation into allegations of an illegal off-the-books cash arm within a national security company, and allegations of money laundering with links to organised crime.
