Melbourne man wanted for exposing himself

A brazen flasher has exposed himself to two women in Melbourne.

The man approached the women, both 21, on a Richmond street and exposed himself and masturbated on August 2, police said on Tuesday.

Police believe the same man may be responsible for a second offence in Richmond on August 7, when a woman was grabbed from behind and sexually assaulted.
