Two Melbourne karaoke bars have been slapped with fines after letting patrons smoke indoors and drink all night.
Police handed out $10,000 in fines after the CBD karaoke bars stayed open after their 3am closing time and continued to serve alcohol.
There were also a number of people smoking inside the bars, police said on Wednesday.
