Melbourne celebrates Easter
AAP
Easter Sunday celebrations have kicked off in full swing in Melbourne - with the city offering everything from egg hunts to church services, festive afternoon teas and all-night Latin parties.
The Melbourne Easter Show is currently being held in the southeast suburb of Cranbourne, while the Big Goose farm and adventure park on the Mornington Peninsula is hosting huge "Easter egg scrambles" through to Monday.
On a more serious note, St Paul's Cathedral, the cathedral church of the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne, is running well-attended services throughout the day including a dawn service, a choral Eucharist and a festival evensong.
