Man wanted over shop toilets incident

A man is alleged to have followed a young woman into a Melbourne shopping centre's toilets before masturbating outside her cubicle.

Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to over the incident at Sydney Road centre in Brunswick on the morning of May 23.
