Man stabbed near Melbourne synagogue

A man has been stabbed near the Yeshivah synagogue in St Kilda East.
He suffered abdominal wounds in the attack on Hotham Street and was taken by ambulance to The Alfred Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
It's believed the man, who's in his 20s, knew his attacker, a police spokeswoman said.
