Vic stabbing victim in serious condition

A man who was stabbed in country Victoria is in a serious but stable condition after being airlifted to a Melbourne hospital.
The man, aged in his 50s, was rushed to Echuca hospital on Tuesday morning in a critical condition after being discovered in an industrial area before 6am.
He was then airlifted to Royal Melbourne Hospital, Ambulance Victoria says.

No one has been arrested but police are continuing to investigate the stabbing.
"Police are working to understand what unfolded," a Victoria Police spokeswoman said.
A crime scene has been established at the Matong Street property in Echuca.
