Man shot, dumped on Melbourne street

A man in his 30s has been shot in the lower leg and dumped in a Melbourne street.

He was discovered in Cranbourne on Saturday about 6.30pm but police believe he was shot elsewhere before being pushed out of a car.

The man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
