Man serious after Vic parachute accident

A man is in a serious condition after a parachuting accident in Victoria.
The man hit his head and suffered pelvic and leg injuries after a "rapid descent" and "hard landing" at Barwon Heads on Saturday, Ambulance Victoria says.
He was airlifted to the Alfred Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

The accident comes after a woman was killed and a man left in a serious condition in a skydiving accident on the NSW north coast on Friday.
