Man rescued from Melb apartment fire

A man has been rescued from the balcony of his burning Melbourne apartment, with firefighters deeming the blaze suspicious.
Firefighters were called to the South Yarra building at 4am on Tuesday to find the rear of the apartment well alight, and the man standing on his balcony needing help.
It took 30 minutes to bring the fire under control, and the MFB managed to stop it from spreading to other nearby apartments.
