Man injured in Vic hit run

A man has been injured in a hit and run in regional Victoria.

Police say the 41-year-old man was struck by a car in Sale on Sunday night and was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

The 37-year old male driver initially failed to stop but later handed himself into police and has been released pending summons.
