Man in hospital after Melbourne siege

A siege in a Melbourne office building has ended with a man being taken to hospital.
The man was threatening self-harm during three hours of negotiations at a Port Melbourne office before he gave himself up at 9:30am on Monday, police say.
The man, in his early 30s, was taken to The Alfred Hospital in a stable condition, Ambulance Victoria said.
