Manhunt after Melbourne double stabbing
Police are hunting a number of men following a double stabbing in Melbourne's northern suburbs.
Police believe three men went to a Glenroy house on Wednesday afternoon and got into a fight with the occupants, which led to two men being stabbed.
Local residents reportedly saw a man being chased by two men brandishing a weapon while a woman ran behind them, screaming for them to stop.
One of the men stabbed was from the house and the other was a visitor.
Two other men remain on the run and police say investigations into the incident are ongoing.
A witness told Nine News the men were "slashing into the other man's back" and there are unconfirmed reports that one of the attackers may have been brandishing a tomahawk.
The men, one aged in his 20s and the other in his 30s, were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
