Man filmed women through window: police

A man has been caught filming two women through a Melbourne bedroom window.

Police called to a Ballarat Road, Footscray, house at 1.30am on Saturday found a man nearby on Jamison Avenue.

He'd been filming the women on his mobile phone from outside the property.

A 37-year-old Braybrook man is due to appear at Melbourne Magistrates Court on Saturday charged with two counts of stalking and one count of up skirting.
