Man exposes himself to shoppers in Vic

A man has been touching himself in front of women in supermarket car parks in Melbourne, police say.

A 50-year-old woman saw the man approaching her outside a shopping centre in Cranbourne South on April 19 before he started masturbating.

Police believe the same man also followed a 52-year-old woman in Berwick in November 2015 and exposed himself to her.
