Man dies in crash on Vic-NSW border

A man has died in a collision near the border of Victoria and NSW.
He died when two cars collided head-on in Browns Plains at 4.50am on Wednesday.
Two men in the other car managed to get out of the vehicle before it caught fire causing a large grass fire, which now been contained.
