Man charged over Vic cyclist death

A second person has been charged over the hit-and-run death of a Victorian cyclist on Mother's Day last year.
Corio man Gordon Ibbs, 77, was killed after a car hit him as he was cycling in Anakie on May 10.
A 21-year-old man from Lovely Banks has been charged with being an accessory to a serious indictable offence and is due to appear at the Geelong Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.

A Whittington man was charged in November with culpable driving, resisting arrest, driving while disqualified and other traffic offences.
