Man charged over Melbourne reception brawl

A man has been charged following a brawl and stabbing at a Melbourne reception centre that's left six in hospital.

The 40-year-old Roxburgh Park man was remanded in custody following the fight at the La Mirage reception and convention centre early on Saturday.

He will appear in the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with seven offences including internationally causing serious injury, reckless conduct endangering life and affray.
