Man charged over Bendigo stabbing, theft

A man who allegedly stabbed a man in the neck, stole a car and evaded police in Bendigo has faced an out-of-sessions court hearing.
A Bendigo man, 26, will appear at the Bendigo Magistrates Court on Friday after being remanded on five charges in a court hearing overnight, police said on Friday.
The injured man, 30, was stabbed in the neck and hands and had his his black Jeep Cherokee stolen from his California Gully home about 10.30pm on Tuesday.
