Man charged for Melb fatal smash

A Melbourne man has been charged with culpable driving after another man died in a three car smash.
A 60-year-old Mount Evelyn man died in the Bayswater North crash in January and police charged a 23-year-old Rowville man with culpable driving on Thursday.
He will appear at the Melbourne Magistrate's Court on August 10.
