Man arrested over woman's death in Bendigo

A man has been arrested following the death of a woman at a home in Bendigo.

Emergency services were called to the home in Kennington early on Tuesday morning to find the woman dead, police said.

The Homicide Squad has been called to the scene with the woman yet to be formally identified.

A man was arrested at the scene and is being questioned by police.
