Man arrested over Vic hit-and-run

A 21-year-old man has been arrested after a fatal hit-and-run accident north of Geelong earlier this month.

A 65-year-old Corio man died 10 days after being struck by a motorcycle rider outside his Howitt Avenue home on the evening of April 4.

The rider left the scene and his motorcycle was subsequently seized by police.

Mark Sheen was arrested at an address in Lara on Wednesday evening and is currently in custody, being questioned by police.
