Man arrested for robbing pensioner in Vic

A man who pushed an 84-year-old off his bicycle and robbed him has been arrested.
Wassim El Achkar, 36, stole a large quantity of cash from the elderly man in Preston on June 29.
He has been charged with robbery and drugs offences and remanded to appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
