Ice most common drug trafficked in Vic

Ice was the most common drug trafficked in commercial quantities in Victoria in the past five years, a report says.

The Sentencing Advisory Council report on major drug offences and sentencing practises in the past five years also found 24 per cent of large commercial drug traffickers and 20 per cent of commercial cultivators have gambling problems.

Victorian Attorney General Martin Pakula says the report shows the government's $45 million Ice Action Plan is needed now more than ever.
