Hurstbridge man killed, passenger airlifted in single car crash

A driver has died and his passenger has been seriously injured when their car rolled over in Toolangi, about 74km north east of Melbourne on Sunday evening.
According to reports, police have been told a passer-by raised the alarm when they came across the crash on Sylvia Creek Road just after 7.30pm.
It is believed the car lost control, rolled and crashed into a tree.
A 46-year-old Hurstbridge man, the driver of the vehicle, passed away at the crash scene.
His 18-year-old passenger, also from Hurstbridge, has been airlifted to a Melbourne hospital.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
