Home-made gun found at Vic Centrelink

A home-made gun has been found in a Centrelink office in Melbourne.
A man left a bag on the counter at the Brunswick office on November 10 before staff found the gun inside.
The man returned for the bag but fled empty-handed after being told police were on their way.
