Hazelwood blaze investigation continues

A police investigation into the cause of a bushfire that spread to a coal mine and sent toxic smoke over eastern Victoria is continuing, even though one man has already been charged.
Arson detectives charged the 20-year-old, who cannot be named, with arson and recklessly causing a bushfire over the blaze in the Latrobe Valley that spread to the Hazelwood open cut mine at Morwell in 2014.
The fire burned for 45 days, forcing much of the town to evacuate.

The man has been bailed to return to court in September.
