Campers no longer need to pay or book for a basic camping site in Victoria's national parks.
Camping costs introduced by the former government are now scrapped, Environment Minister Lisa Neville said on Thursday.
"You can't put a price on the beauty of our national parks," Ms Neville said.

The announcement, made just in time for Easter, means 500 basic camping sites in over 70 camping grounds in 19 national parks throughout Victoria will have no fees.
Campers will no longer need to book a basic site from July 1, and those who already have bookings will be refunded.
