* A man was shot at after he stopped to check a car blocking a street on Wednesday

ILLEGAL WEAPONS AND CHEMICALS

* Man arrested for possessing illegal weapons and chemicals

* It is believed he intended to take them to an anti-Islam rally

* Police found five Tasers, mercury and a bomb-making book - The Anarchists Cookbook - in his home

* Police negotiated to get him to come out of a house

* Firearm located and man charged
