Gun found when Vic police intercept car

A Melbourne man has been charged after police found a firearm, drugs and a balaclava in his car.
The 41-year-old Sunshine man was pulled over as part of a routine intercept in East Melbourne in the early hours of Saturday morning when police allegedly discovered the gun and drugs.
He has been charged with weapons and drug offences as well as possessing the proceeds of crime.
