Gun and drugs seized in Melbourne

Two men have been arrested after a sawn-off shotgun and drugs were allegedly found in their car in Melbourne.

Police noticed the men acting suspiciously in Reservoir on Tuesday morning and a search of their car allegedly turned up a loaded sawn-off shotgun, amphetamines, cannabis and prescription medication.

A 32-year-old Caroline Springs man and 23-year-old Kilmore man are expected to be charged with firearms and drugs offences.
