A pedestrian has died after a collision with a motorcycle near Geelong, about 75 km south-west of Melbourne.

Emergency services were called to Reserve Road in Grovedale just after 10am, where an unidentified pedestrian was declared deceased after a collision with a motorcycle.

The motorcyclist, a 20-year-old Tarneit man, was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries under police guard.
