Group chases down Vic bag thief

Eight people have chased down a bag thief who pulled a knife on a woman in Victoria.
The outraged passers-by returned the handbag to the woman after the thief took it from her in a Kangaroo Flat car park on Saturday morning.
Police nabbed the thief on a nearby street.
