A generator and audio-vidual equipment used in Victoria's devastating bushfires have been stolen from a Country fire Authority depot.
Crooks cut a back fence to the CFA depot on Raymond Street in Sale overnight before stealing the items, Victoria Police said on Tuesday.
The equipment was used to support bushfire response efforts in East Gippsland.
