Fraud, steal charge for Vic bikie boss

A man believed to be the national president of the Bandidos bikie gang has been charged with fraud and stealing.

The 49-year-old is expected to appear in Ballarat Magistrates Court on Friday afternoon.

Victoria Police said the man had been charged by Queensland police's Sunshine Coast Gangs Taskforce.
