Four sea turtles make Melbourne debut

Four baby sea turtles will make their debut at Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium on Tuesday.
The turtles are part of a major conservation project where keepers at the aquarium will raise the flatback sea turtles for the first year of their life to ensure their survival.
Each turtle will be fitted with a miniature solar-powered satellite tag on their release early next year to track information including; distance, predation rates and their needs to conserve and preserve the species.

The aquarium will put the turtles, from Queensland, on show on Tuesday while having their vet checks and celebrate May 23 as World Turtle Day.
